Public transportation. City Hall Station (subway Line 1) exit 4. Take Jongno 11, (Green Bus), and get off at Jeongdok Public Library. Tickets for adults are 4,000 won. (University Students, Under 24, and Over 65 are Free). Free admission on Wednesdays and Saturdays after 6:00.

The architecture is amazing, but the exhibits were so so at the time.. Also it was extremely crowded, so that possibly chipped from the actual experience. Its definitely worth a visit, but avoid peak hours if you can...
